The gentleman there is great. He's polite also very knowledgeable about his craft and takes time out to make you feel like your talking to a friend, so your not scared to ask dumb questions. He helped me pick out great choices for the tasks aheadhe didn't try to over sell items or try to get me to buy the most expensive things I left feeling valued as a customer and he gave me great tips and tricks to help me complete my tasks better and faster.

It's a pleasure doing business with people who take the time to help you. Staff is excellent. As an inside track member things are moving fast and not always in stock. They will do everything to accommodate you by finding the item and other locations or occasionally doing rain checks.

Customer support was very nice. Answered all my questions with patience. Prices are very reasonable compared to Home Depot and Lowes. Store was kept clean. Bathroom was clean. All items were organized well. Def'ly worth looking if you are planning to buy tools for repairs.

Good store but the staff never helps anyone.

I called ahead, gave them the SKU number... they said yeah we have a bunch of them, got to the store and they had none.. took me 45 mins. In traffic to get there.. not the first time this has happened at this store.. I'm very disappointed with Harbor Freight... so I ordered from another store...
